Asset Library
From project inception, the DMLIG partnership knew that it was essential to develop a strong brand that was instantly recognisable, especially for the signage on the road verges which might only be seen at 60mph!
As this was a pilot project to show that DMLIG could be achieved on a large scale, it was always the projects intention to create a library full of resources to ultimately help others develop similar projects and spread the Don’t Mow Let It Grow message.
In developing the brand, we created a wide number of resources to be used in as many different scenarios as possible.
From signage to be used outdoors, to leaflets and promotional videos to be used during school visits, our resources library contains everything needed to spread the DMLIG message.
The project not only wanted to share its resources but also to share it in a format that can be adapted for use by other organisations, creating a DMLIG legacy that will develop and evolve.
Bizzy Flo
Bizzy Flo and friends were created to bring the DMLIG message to life for primary school children, along with the two-minute videos, there are teachers notes to accompany the videos and a leaflet that helps tell the story. The Buzzy Flo education pack was piloted in a number of schools across the Borough, receiving a huge thumbs up from the pupils and staff. A few of the project volunteers were also trained in the delivery of this education package, for schools that wanted help.
You can download teacher notes and colouring-in worksheets as well as view the Bizzy Flo videos here.
All of our Branding resources can be found here.
Please Note: Our resource downloads are in a number of different file formats, including PDF for use by anyone, as well as InDesign format to allow designers to change the content of the resources. This is to allow others other organisations to adapt the resources to their own needs.
