Site Selection
A site selection strategy was developed during the development phase of the project and fine-tuned at the start of the delivery phase. Initially sites were suggested by local the community, conservation staff, and project volunteer. This list of sites was looked at first and foremost from a health and safety point of view. If there were any concerns the site was ruled out, without question.
